Christmas 2008

This year Santa visted Harrison a day early, so we opened presents on the 24th in the morning. Then we headed to Gravette for our annual Christmas Eve party at Mom and Dad's. We ate alot and of course opened a ton of presents. It was very loud and chaotic, but what do you expect with 6 kids under the age of 4!! On Christmas Day we had dinner and presents at the Sidani's in Rogers. We had a great Christmas this year, everyone was healthy and happy!

Taylor's First Birthday

We had a small family party for Taylor at our house. Grandma and Grandpa Roop, Tami, Steve, Cara, Grace, JT, Tyler, and Lucas and The Campbell's were there. She had a lot of fun and got some great presents! She didn't dig into the cake with her hands like most one years olds...she used a fork!!

Carribean Cruise

For Thanksgiving this year we took a cruise with Sydney. Taylor stayed with Tarik's mom, Mary, and had a great time. We visited San Juan, Puerto Pico, took a helicopter ride to a deserted island in St. Thomas, swam with sea turtles in Barbados, also visited St. Marteen, St. Lucia, and Antigua. We had a very fun-filled and relaxing week. Sydney was an angel and can't wait for the next trip on the "fun boat", with Taylor next time!!

Dinosaur Museum

Today we went to the Dinosaur Museum in Branson. We went to Applebee's for lunch, where the girls, of course had chicken strips. At the museum, we saw all sorts of dinos...Sydney's favorite the "Troodon"...they are on Deigo. After the dinos we played puzzles, dug for fossils, and jumped in a giant Bouncy!! It was a great field trip for all of us!!

Weekend in St. Louis

We traveled to St. Louis for my friend, Jemma's, wedding reception. We rented a Limo and toured the city in style. The kids loved it, Sydney danced and Taylor napped. We hit all our old stomping grounds. At Union Station we feed the fish, drove past the Arch, and then on to Stoney River for some lobster and steak.

Jemma's Wedding Reception

We enjoyed seeing old friends from STL and enjoyed Jemma and Bruce's reception. Sydney played with Maddie and Jemma's nephews all night. She danced and ran around all night. Taylor was very tired and eventually fell asleep on my shoulder.
